All you need is a pair of
trainers and some loose fitting clothes, a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms are ideal. Lessons are priced at £7.50 for
two hours for adults (discounts available for NUS and juniors) and
the first lesson is
free, so what have you got to lose?
